Services Charters

The Ministry is committed to providing citizens with quality services. To that end it develops quality plans and actions via its various departments and under the quality regulations of the General Government Administration.

An essential element for the development of this policy are its Service Charters. Service Charters, as instruments for the continuous improvement of services, are documents through which public organisations can inform themselves on commitments to the quality of the services managed and offered, in response to the needs and expectations of citizens and users, and the demand for transparency regarding public activity.
