Charter services

The Charter of Services is a document aimed at informing the public and users on the standards of quality of any public service of the National General Administration and on how the services commissioned to the various bodies, agencies and entities are provided. Salto de línea Salto de línea It includes the identification details of the issuer of the charter, the purposes of the institution, the services provided, the quality commitments and the governing regulations. The Charter also provides the public with more direct influence over these services, so that their quality can be continuously improved.Salto de línea The update of the Cerralbo Museum Charter of Services was approved by the Resolution of 20 December 2011 (Official State Gazette [B.O.E.] of 5 January 2012)

If you wish to submit a formal complaint or suggestion via the Internet as provided for by Spanish Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July establishing the general framework for improving the quality of the National General Administration, you must complete the corresponding form at the Spanish Ministry of Cultures Electronic Office (an electronic certificate is required).
