Accesibility

Taking into account the technical requirements needed for the conservation of a historic building, different areas have been adapted in order to garantee maximum access for all visitors, including those with different abilities.

To minimize communication barriers, the following resources have been incorporated for people with hearing impairment:

• Magnetic loops at help desks and events room.
• Subtittles and Spanish sign lenguage videos in every audio-visual.
• Induction loop to connect with the audioguides.
• Audio amplifiers connecting to the audioguides (only available if the audioguides are available)

And to eliminate achitectural barriers the Museum has an elevator, a lifting platform, ramps and wheelchairs for people with limited range of movement. These wheelchairs must be requested at the ticket office, where the red dot is in the map.

Due to the technical difficulties of an historic house, the tour using elevators and platforms is different. Below, the map shows the tour designed for wheelchair users
