How about a trip to the National Anthropology Museum instead of going to school today? At the MNA, we will be delighted to receive any teachers and pupils who want to make a stop in the long slog of the school year and get to know us. We have prepared several educational tours for this, aimed at all school levels, pre-school, primary and secondary school, on which you will be able to discover a lot of new, interesting things about different cultures of the world and get to know different situations to your own, all in a fun way and with a positive attitude towards the difference multiculturalism brings.
All school visits are free and take place from Tuesday to Friday. You can choose between two times: 10:00 to 11:30 and 11:30 to 13:00.
Although we are hugely keen to receive you, the museum's space is not that big, so we can only take groups of a maximum of 30 children in each time band.
Three simple steps to book your visit:
(Prior reservation a minimum of 15 days in advance, preferably more)
Although all the school tours are guided by a museum educator, we invite you to prepare the visit beforehand in class. For this, you can use our teacher's guide, in which you will find a selection of the museum objects, together with brief comments adapted for each school level, as well as proposed thematic tours for all educational levels and activities to carry out before and after the visit.
