The Museum has a wide collection through which more than 2,500 years of navigation history can be known, from underwater sites, from the Phoenician culture, passing through the Roman times and arriving until the s. XIX with the wreck Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes.

In addition, the Museum has a first part of his Permanent Exhibition in which the methodology of Underwater Archeology as a scientific discipline is explained.
