Before your visit
The Museum open the Prayer Hall and the first floor (rooms I, II, III).
We recommend to book your tickets in advance (the entrance will be free in June and July). The booking is available here
Number of visitors allowed will be reduced to 1/3 of Museum´s capacity in 2nd Stage and 1/2 of capacity in 3rd Stage in order to ensure social distancing.
Guided groups are not allowed at the first reopening phase.
You need to bring and wear your own mask before getting the Museum. The safety of our staff and visitors is our main priority.
According to these new security mesaures the access to Museum might be slower than usual. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
During your visit
Safety measures are essential for the security of staff and visitors. Please, keep in mind you need to bring your own face mask and maintain social distancing during the visit. We want to make it as easy as possible for you so the Musuem will provide the visitors alcohol-based hand sanitizer and there will be protection screens for staff.
Audioguides, tablets, tactile screens, paper plans and leaflets will be temporarily unavailable according to security measures. Tactile objetcs from accesibility itinerary will be unavailable aswell.
