Loans for exhibitions. The travelling Museum

The travelling Museum of America represents the movement of collections that takes place at the Museum of America with each loan to other authorized institutions to be part of temporary or travelling exhibitions.

Each loan involves a series of tasks that must be performed prior to displacement (conservation status review reports on the convenience of the loan), preparation of the pieces supervision of packing, transportation, unpacking, condition after the trip, assembly and again the same operation on the way back, to return to their place of origin.
