The two pivots on which this strategic line of the Laboratory revolve are those of implementing a system of communication between the museums which promotes teamwork and enables participation in the research and the joint application of its results, and disseminating the research results in forums and professional spheres in order to contribute to better knowledge of museum visitors and the institutions themselves, based on the public’s perception of them. In short, these consist of one line of internal communication and another external one.
The PMVSL thus aims to become a centre and benchmark of museum visitor studies in this country, through transparency and the dissemination of results.
