Subjects of interest to the professionals

To analyse the prospects for visitor research in Spain, it was decided to use the Delphi Technique. This procedure consists of using a series of questionnaires to consult a group of experts and gather their opinions. The experts highlighted specific subjects of interest in museum visitor research, which were categorised according to their evaluation. The Laboratory’s initial lines of action were drawn up based on these criteria.
