Segment audiences

Salto de línea The Museos+ Sociales Plan incorporates into its actions and the proposed work methodology a prior knowledge of the segments of the public to whom the projects included in it are directed, in consonance with the Laboratory's own recommendations. Therefore, it is necessary to address research related to the following population groups, detected in previous studies as scarcely represented in our museums. In 2016 this line was approached with the study of the family group as a segment of greatest interest for museums. In the action plan foreseen for the Laboratory until the year 2020, it will have continuity, approaching gradually and annually the following segments, if the interest of the participating museums in the project does not modify the order of priorities:

  1. Adolescents and young people

  2. Tourism

  3. Over 65s and retirees

  4. People with primary education and without studies
