Exclusions from the State Guarantee

The Central Government Guarantee does not cover the destruction, loss, theft or damage to the works due to:

• Intrinsic defect or quality of the item covered by the guarantee.
• The simple passage of time.
• Deliberate actions or omissions of the transferor, its employees or agents.
• Confiscation, retention, seizure of the work or similar measures take by a third party and authorised by the responsible entity.
• Nuclear explosion.

Anything not mentioned in the exclusions above shall be considered implicitly to be included or covered by the Central Government Guarantee (damages due to acts of terrorism are included).
