The documentation of the material recovered was the starting point for the development of this plan of action. Knowing what we have, where it is and in what condition was what initially guided the implementation of other actions. This plan thus tackled actions such as those concerning the management of information as well as others related to the management of the collections, notably: the initial calculation of the material entrusted to the Ministry of Culture; the cataloguing and digitisation of 5,138 coins entrusted to the National Archaeological Museum; the compilation of all the textual and graphical information relating to the recovery process; the supervision of the various, huge transportation processes of the collection; plus legal aspects.
