En el Museo de Altamira trabajamos intensamente para conocer cada vez mejor la cueva de Altamira y conservar sus pinturas rupestres en el presente y en el futuro.
En este juego conoceréis algunas de las medidas preventivas destinadas a garantizar la conservación de este lugar Patrimonio Mundial.
In the singular exhibition The Times of Altamira, educators can use a variety of strategies to teach and learn in close contact with our cultural heritage. Our themed itineraries are available to educators who want to personally guide their groups through the Neocave and The Times of Altamira exhibition. When booking your group tour, you can also request the services of a museum guide.

The trails offer a set of didactic materials prepared by the museum's Education Department in partnership with teachers and professors to visit the exhibition The Times of Altamira. Each educational itinerary is a flexible package that educators can customise and tailor to the needs of their group.

At the Museum of Altamira we've created a family storytelling corner for imagining what humans were like in the Palaeolithic, beyond what archaeology can tell us.The story A World without Roads invites us to think of ways to get our bearings in the vastness of nature as we move through the territory, while The All-Healing Plant reminds us of early man’s profound knowledge of plant resources.
