On-site consultation by appointmentSalto de línea Librarians offer expert advice and guidance to users interested in the library collection. Visits to the reading room are by appointment only.

LoansSalto de línea In order to borrow items for home reading, you must have a reader's card. This can be obtained by presenting your government ID or other valid proof of identity and filling out the request form available in the library. Not all of the library’s open-shelf holdings are available for borrowing.

CopiesSalto de línea Copies of library resources may be requested in the reading room and will be granted for private use and research purposes only, in compliance with intellectual property and copyright law.

Reserved items Salto de línea Library users may reserve up to three monographs from the open shelves for viewing in the reading room over five consecutive days.

Purchase requestsSalto de línea Users may fill out a form to recommend an item of interest for purchase by the library.

Inter-library services Salto de línea The Museum of Altamira Library offers inter-library loans and the possibility of exchanging publications with libraries at other institutions.
