To make a complaint or a formal suggestion over the Internet to the Electronic Office of the Ministry of Culture , according to Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General State Administration , you can fill in the corresponding form (you need an electronic certificate).
