The National Museum of Cderamic is also committed to staging regular concerts as an additional cultural activity.
The museum proposes monthly concerts, to be held on the last Monday of each month except August, organised by the Palacio de Dos Aguas Orchestra and Choir Association, formed in 2009.
Aside from these monthly concerts, one-off concerts are held to mark special occasions: the European Music Day concert (21st June) organised by the Dissemination Department, and the Christmas concert, organised by the Friends of the Museum Association, or the New Year and December concerts. Added to these is the activity “Concerts at the Palace” to mark International Museum Day (18th May), also organised by the Friends Association.
Concerts are generally held on Mondays in the Ballroom (first floor), and are free of charge. The system for collecting tickets will be specified in each case.
