Selected works

The Museo Nacional de Cerámica’s holdings are characterised by their variety and heterogeneity, the result of how the collections came together over time. We present a selection of pieces organised into the following sections: ceramics; furniture, decorative objects and carriages; textiles; clothing and accessories; painting; sculpture. The aim is to provide a general overview of the collections which visitors can enjoy at the museum and, if applicable, supplement the permanent exhibition by showing pieces that are in storage. This selection emphasises the wealth and variety of types, techniques and decorative motifs represented.
