The wheelchair entrance is on the street “Calle Poeta Querol”, where a ramp is available.
The permanent collections on the first and second floors are accessible by a lift. Ramps are available for access to some rooms on the second floor as required.
Temporary exhibition rooms I: The rooms are located on the ground floor. There is a lift available to access higher areas.
Temporary exhibition rooms II: The rooms are located on the mezzanine. A stair lift is located by the entrance on the street “Calle Poeta Querol”.
Conference rooms and temporary exhibition rooms III: They are located on the third floor which is accessible via a lift. There is a stair lift between the exhibition and conference rooms.
Disabled toilets: They are located on the ground floor next to the exhibition rooms I.
The museum also provides wheelchairs.

Assistance for persons with impaired hearing: technological resources for persons who are hard of hearing Backed by the Orange Foundation and in partnership with FEAM
The Museum also has receivers fitted with a hearing loop for people with hearing impairment. This a free service available for groups of up to 25 participants of a guided tour.
The museum offers specific activities intended for certain groups with special needs for the purpose of improving access to the permanent exhibition. Other activities offered for school, family and adult audiences can also be adapted for groups with special needs.
