There are two options for organising this kind of activity at the Museum:

Association of Friends

The Association of Friends is a private initiative whose sponsoring business or institutional members enjoy many benefits, including priority in the use of Museum facilities.

Venue hire

The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports has stipulated fees for allowing third parties to use the facilities of museums and other institutions which it manages. The cost to hire facilities is an officially-set price depending on the area used and the number of hours requested. This price may also be coupled with fees for filming, additional surveillance, private museum tours, etc.
