Requests for loans of collection items for temporary exhibitions should be made to the museum’s Management, attaching the temporary exhibition project and a Facility Report on the exhibition venue.

Once agreed by Management, the issuance of the items will require a favourable report by the Board of the Sorolla Museum Foundation, the authorisation of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport in the form of a ministerial decree, and a temporary export permit, when applicable.
