The traditional world is closely linked to the force of customs, collective memory and oral transmission. In this way, diverse silhouettes and garments whit differing chronology and artistic influence coexist in costumes from the Middle Ages to Art Deco, aspects thar endow them with differential characteristics, the same as with jewellery. Artisanal weaving coincides with the industrial kind, manual with mechanical dressmaking, natural dyes with modern chemicals. A wide repertoire of needlepoint embroidery (with or whitout tambour) and openwork coexists; of piqué and printing techniques. There are recurrent decorative motifs alluding to nature, geometry and beliefs. A symbolic world centred around purity, festility, protection and love, through legends, dedications, hearts and flowers.
